WATKINS MOTOR LINES Complaint - Shipping Dispute
DALLAS, TEXAS -- Part of the problem I had with Watkins, was working with another company called FrightBroker.com. The part that Watkins caused was putting incorrect information into their system which resulted in incorrect charges. I disputed the added charges several times, but was told that I would either have to pay the full amount including the incorrect charges, or lose my frieght to public auction.
I offered the billing information my shipper provided me, but the Watkins associate refused to go over the information. The conversation got heated as my customer service agent got really short and assertive, and I gave us on my shipment because the billing errors tripled the original quoted shipping charges and no amount of documentation was enough to prove their errors existed.
