T-Mobile Complaint - Sidekick III
After being approved for a sidekick II, I decided not to purchase because the salesperson informed me that a sidekick III will be in stores immediately following. On July 10, the first date sidekick III was available to non customers, I walked into the same retail store to purchase my sidekick III and was advised that the phone is no longer on SmartAccess and I would have to now pay a $250 deposit in order to use the unlimited data plan. TMobile is the cellular provider for the company I work for, I recommended that we canceled their service because that was horrible.
A month ago you approved a customer for a product and because you changed your system, I should have to pay a $250 deposit.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TMOBILE TO ANYONE!!!!
