COPPELL, TEXAS -- Paid and completed courses on 12/29/2022 that include a hard copy of their Training Certificate and ID Card. After several e-mails back & forward beginning on 01/09/2022 and twice promises via e-mail by their Representative Mr. Justin ** (888 277-7865 ext. **). Never got my documents; they did provide a downloadable version of the ID Card but not the hard copy. Phone is always busy OR no one answer!!

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- I had an incident with this company and would like to share so people can be careful. I finished the quiz to become CPR certified and went to pay. The amount due said $13.99. Nothing else. I went to pay and my payment wouldn't go through. I checked my account to make sure the funds were there and they were. So I called my bank and they advised me it was declined because they were trying to charge the card $41 instead of $13.99! So I chatted one of the representatives and she told me to disregard and it could possibly be add ons? So I asked her where it stated the add on and why it was not showing me the actual amount they were trying to charge. That is unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

If you have to get your First Aid and/or CPR license DO NOT go here!!! They are terrible! They charged me for a lifetime membership for the First Aid course I took (that I did not accept). The first day I called they said to call back tomorrow. When I did the woman on the phone was VERY rude.

I asked a simple question that she kept on saying she didn't understand but in a very rude manner so I said I wanted to talk to someone with respect and she stated she was the only one there. What?! This company is a joke. I laugh because I only need this First Aid for my last year to get my BSN and then when I am a nurse I only need my CPR license which my work PAYS for. Please do not waste your time!

VIRGINIA -- I bought the bundle package which included the CPR and First Aid courses. The website allows you to print out your own certification, however, they also provide free wallet size cards in the mail. The main reason I signed up for this site was because of the free wallet cards because they look more professional than printing it out on regular printing paper.

My issue came along when I was never mailed any cards through the mail after three weeks! Shipping only takes 4- 5 days according to the shipping option I decided to go with. I called customer service twice and sent two emails. The second customer service representative stated that my cards were actually scheduled to go out at the end of the day... I was furious and requested for her to not send them out and to issue me a refund and she refused. This company does not guarantee their commitments! So don't be cheap. Sign up for real CPR courses and pay the extra buck. It's better than losing out on $35 dealing with nonsense.

ARIZONA -- I have used American Health Care Academy before and have never been rejected by any of my workplaces or Schools I needed CPR for. Just to let everyone know it is up to the company or school if they want to accept the CPR or not. I have taken other courses by the fire department, local hospital, local CPR trainer and for one reason or another the companies I worked for have rejected them and accepted American Health Care Academy. When it comes to CPR training and any other training it is up to the companies if they accept it or not.

LAUREL, MARYLAND -- Woot, wow so I was done going through the tutorials and I realized when taking the quiz they even give you hints for the answers just to pass. I wondered why, but then I proceeded to checkout, I then decided to look it up and find out their reviews only to find out it was a scam. I declined my payment, next thing you know it says my payment confirmed like what the ** dough, I was pissed. I knew by then they were just there for my money... $35. They Would not even let me rate them at all when they asked for my rating opinion unless you decide to give them 5 stars.

CALIFORNIA -- Sales Rep "Sheri" was extremely rude and yelled at me on the phone. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me to try back tomorrow even though I had already called twice and emailed earlier in the week when they charged my account. The company charged me for something I did not agree to and charged my account for a payment I did not authorize. I am contacting my bank and if necessary will take further steps. Do not use their service. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have yet to receive my free CPR card in the mail. I have called to talk to rude customer service and finally the third time I called, she stated I should receive about another week which makes 2 weeks not 4-5 days, and I needed it for new job not printed copy!!! I strongly advise against this company. They do not honor their advertisement!!! Seeking complaint with BBB!!! American Healthcare Academy.

I did my CPR Certification and it says they would take only 49 dollars but they took 100 dollars from my checking account and they have terrible customer service. I keep emailing them and calling them to get a refund since the job that I'm applying for doesn't accept online Certification, but they never get back to me and I'm planning to file a complaint to sue them.
