COLORADO -- I purchased a ring from the Masonic Exchange. $600.00 plus. The ring did not fit. This was my fault. I sent the wrong ring size. My complaint is this, I have called them several times, and e-mailed them several times. They will not return my calls. I have not heard a thing from them since they got my money. When you call all you get is a recording. I did not want them to refund my money. I just wanted to see if there was anything I could do to get the ring re-sized, even if it cost me more money. But they will not return the calls or e-mails.
