The masonic exchange Complaint - No contact - jewelry

Review by laurelb156 on 2006-07-26
COLORADO -- I purchased a ring from the Masonic Exchange. $600.00 plus. The ring did not fit. This was my fault. I sent the wrong ring size. My complaint is this, I have called them several times, and e-mailed them several times. They will not return my calls. I have not heard a thing from them since they got my money. When you call all you get is a recording. I did not want them to refund my money. I just wanted to see if there was anything I could do to get the ring re-sized, even if it cost me more money. But they will not return the calls or e-mails.

Have you checked with a local jeweler to see if they can resize the ring for you. It might be easier that way.

Yes, a local jeweler can probably resize it for you. Was it too big, or, too small?

Absolutely, just to to almost any jeweler and you can get it re-sized. But your complaint is a good one to warn anyone else who may want to use this company. They obviously have zero customer service after the sale. Thanks

That is a shame, after spending that much money you are right to expect much better service. If you like the ring though and want to keep it, taking it to jeweler is probably a good idea. I would imagine they order them in a specific size from the manufacturer and do not have the ability to resize themselves, that might be why they are stonewalling you. It is still really rude though, you might want to send a certified letter outlining your complaint, sometimes I have better luck with those than telephone calls.
