Skyauction.com Complaint - Beware of Skyauction. A company without any principal!

NEW YORK -- Avoid this sky auction.com if you can. When there is a problem they always work out to their advantage! Recently I won a good price for a cruise vacation. Tried to get a handicapped cabin but they wanted a $400 more then the price won. The auction never said handicap need to pay more. So after all the hassles I decided to take another person who do not need a handicap cabin. I was told that they will charge me $360 more on the very cabin that I won on top of the winning price. I tried to reason with them, emails back and forth besides making difficult to get answered phone calls. They never budge not even an inch. Told them it is not right for them to raise the price when I won it at a fixed priced auction. They just laughed off and cancelled my auction win despite my protest. Watch out for this Cruise Manager, she is from hell! It was emotionally draining experience and to think that I have done more then 30 deals with them in the past years it is sickening. Where do they reward client loyalty. I had reported them to Better Business Bureau as I think they are wrong to imposed extra charges on handicap cabin and raising the price of the winning ticket. They have no principal.
