Ragazzi Complaint - High quality? Parts missing!!!
My first baby is due in a few days. My generous parents decided to help my wife and I out by buying the crib of our choice. So price didn't matter much. We picked out what we liked which happened to be a crib made by Ragazzi, which apparently is very high end in the crib market. The crib came the weekend before Christmas. So I unpacked everything Christmas day to find not one, not two, but three separate parts missing. I had to search through all of the papers to finally find one tiny phone number and website address. The web site has no method of contacting customer service. So I called the phone number. They are open Dec. 27, 28 and Jan 3-4. Hello??? do you have any job opening there boy that is some generous holiday package. So I call back Dec 28, put on hold, then asked what model I have, I say "Duetto" she says which model. I say where does it tell me that? She says on the invoice. Now I have to go find that.
Trust me folks, I've bought "furniture" at Kmart before and they not only included all their parts but had clearly written numbers to call if a part was missing. I would expect this from a Kmart priced product, but this crib was expensive. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
And, this Ragazzi image, of Italian craftsmanship... they make these in Canada. The cold must be causing some attention span difficulties up there.
