Premio PC Informative - Excellent computer and support
I have had a computer from Premio PC for almost 6 years and it still runs like a champ. I have read all the complains about Dell and other computer retailers and I have never had a complaint like them. But this doesn't mean that I have never had a problem. Anytime I had a problem, whether I was in or out of warranty, I always got excellent care from the customer care and technical dept. I have had to upgrade the memory and harddrive and install a NIC card, and the tech dept assisted me in the correct way to install and the correct hardware necessary for the job. Never did they ever try to tell me that I am out of warranty, and that I need to buy a new computer, and that they wouldn't help me. They were very professional and helpful. They even sent me the rescue disk and if I need to wipe the harddrive it takes me about 4 hours to reinstall everything.
Now I am using Win98SE and the support is going to end soon and I am in the market for another desktop pc and am wanting to know where I can find an equally good computer. This one was kind of expensive and I cannot afford another, or I would be calling them.
