Etronics Complaint - Getting a Refund from Etronics for Damaged Item is like Pulling Teeth!
I ordered a 28-bottle electric wine cooler from Etronics, they had it in stock and shipped immediately. Except . . . it was shipped only in the flimsy manufacturer's box, with no padding. It arrived severely damaged, with the sheet metal actually peeled back from the frame.
I returned the item immediately. That was a month ago. Etronics doesn't want to refund my credit card unless they can get reimbursed by UPS. So, I have no wine cooler, yet I am charged for it, and Etronics won't take responsibility for shipping an item with absurdly improper packing.
My advice, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ETRONICS.
