House.com Complaint - House.com is a Shame! Stay away! - Mortgage Leads
Mortgage Leads - Complaint
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I felt inclined to let mortgage professionals about this company. I do not feel as though I was treated fairly. This company made me tons of promises and didn't follow through. I didn't even have one lead respond to any phone calls I made or emails or even letters. They said that they call and speak with these people to verify the lead. I later found out that they simply leave a message in a lot of cases.
They originally gave me a designated customer rep....she didn't get back to me. Then I called up there and she no longer worked there.
I called back my orginal person up there and she kept telling me....keep waiting the leads will get good. They said they would replace the bad leads but never did.
I am currently in the process of contacting the bbb and also the attorney general. I also have my attorney doing some things for me. It's not about the money ....it is the principal of the thing. The didn't fullfill what they promised and then tried to hold my feet to the fire to pay them for services they didn't provide.

I think that house.com has been on here before. I'm a small time contractor and some company called me wanting to charge me more for leads than I would get on the job. Plus they would sell thjose leads to 2 others. They would be making a fortune if I did it. Anyway thanks for the heads up and you might try craigslist.com it's free and works sometimes.
