Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint - Online Reservation was not honored !!!
MATTHEWS, NORTH CAROLINA -- Hello
I booked reservation for Minivan by your Enterprise.com. I tried to pickup the MINIVAN from Enterprise Rental center on Independence Blvd, Matthews, NC 28105, they said MINIVAN is not available and will call me back. NO one called me back, But from noon, every hour, I called them and got the same reply.
At 5:45PM,when I called them they told me, I have to go TOWN&COUNTRY Car dealer shop at Charlotte to pickup my car and I need talk to BEN there. (It is 5Miles away from work). Takes 20 mins to reach in peak hour.
I reached 6:10PM to TOWN & COUNTRY car dealer and talked to MANAGER of that shop. He told BEN works for Enterprise Car Rental and he left 6.00pm. He never left any details about rental car with them.
NO ONE TOLD ME that, BEN is working for Enterprise Car Rental and he stays in TOWN & COUNTRY Car Dealer.
At 6.30PM, I called Enterprise Customer Support Service over phone, they redirected to me RALEIGH branch of Enterprise Car rental. From there they asked to talk to CHARLOTTE Airport Enterprise Car Rental.
When I spoke to Charlotte Airport Enterprise Car rental, they informed that they don't have any MINIVAN for me, because I don't have any reservation with that location. I need to talk to location where I reserved.
FINALLY, I never got car from ENTERPRISE. All people over phone were rude. Not ready to listen. Simply try to pass the bucket. The person at Charlotte Airport Enterprise rental location was VERY RUDE.
THIS IS ONE OF BAD SERVICE by Enterprise. I was doing business with them last 5YEARS. I never had any problem. This incident spoiled whole vaccation plan. I never expected this kind of service from ENTERPRISE.
Lesson learned, ENTERPRISE web reservations are NOT HONORED anymore.
Filed complaint on their website. Their regiional VP will expected to talk me.
