Gateway Complaint - FINANCE CHARGES''SAME AS CASH''
WHEN I CALLED THE 1 800 # THE CUST. SERVICE REP. TOLD US THERE WOULD BE NO INTREST ''SAME AS CASH'' FOR 6 MONTHS AND WHAT SHOULD I GET 2 DAYS AGO BUT A STATEMENT SHOWING A $26 FIN.CHARGE!!!!! THAT IS NOT SAME AS CASH ! I SUGGEST GATEWAY CHECK THE TAPE OF THE CALL BECAUSE MY COPY AND I ARE GOING TO THE STATE ATTR. GEN. OFFICE ON 01-08-02
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I WANT THE BILLING OF INTEREST STOPPED AND A CREDIT FOR THE FIRST INSTAL.AS WELL AS SALES REPS BEING TRAINED NOT TO PROMISE SAME AS CASH IF ITS NOT A TRUE OPTION BECAUSE ITS JUST WRONG NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!
