Kimberly-Clark Complaint - Never Received Rebate
In January of 2006 you ran a rebate program promoting your products and as a avid Viva user I thought this was a good opportunity for me to stock up and take advantage of your rebat offer. Well guess what I took all that time to cut out all those upc codes and circle all the prices and address and stamp that envelope for nothing. You never sent that rebate to me I have always received all my rebates and refunds I always follow the directions to the letter so the only excuse you could possible have is " It must have been lost in the mail" how convenient that your rebate offer will be the only one I have ever "lost in the mail". It is my beleif that you just do not pay your rebates.
After I wrote this I received an e-mail asking me to call their customer service 800 number. I responded and they offered me coupons off any Kimberley-Clark product. I received $13.00 dollars worth of coupons. They said this was the only thing that they could do. It is better than nothing.
