Nextel Complaint - Customer Service at its best hahahaha
EPPING, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- Where do I begin, first I need to take deep breaths to get my blood pressure down. Okay, we have Nextel here in Epping, NH. The service is the pits. We changed to Verizon but found, amazingly enough, that the service was even worse. I changed back to Nextel and spent 62 minutes on the first phone call, to include hold times then another 25 minutes again to get this straightened out. I had a CSR Derek hang up on me then call ME back to tell me I was screwed up and gave the wrong information. little did he know that on the other line was his supervisor and his supervisor was already fixing the problem or at least I had thought. I just got my phone bill and for 10 days my charges were $655.37. Yes this is because all that @#$#@$@# time I spent on the phone with them previously, they never did what they had stated, they signed me up for the wrong plan, never deleted the $200 per phone cancel fee since we went back to Nextel withing 5 days of going to Verizon. I just had another 68 minute call to straighten out their error. Oh yes and I emailed them twice with no response. My question???? They can make phones that buff your toenails but they cannot find a phone that gets service or Customer Service that knows what the heck is going on. Needless to say my day is wrecked because Of Nextel. One of MANY WITH NEXTEL.
