Crossroads Music is an iWMCE Company Complaint - Crossraoads music - blaa blaa blaa talk is cheap
I ordered 2 guitars and a guitar case from Crossroads 5/18/2006. To this date I still have issues with my order. When I didn’t hear anything for 2 week in regards to my order, I called Crossroads and was told that the items I purchased were on back order. I waited another two weeks and still did not receive any information or my order. I called again and was told that the order would have to be dropped shipped from a warehouse (what do I care where it comes from I thought to myself). A week and half later Still no word or order. I called again and I was told that it would be shipped the next day. It wasn’t. I called again and I was told that it would be shipped the next day but it wasn't but I did finally receive the order a week later. The real problem is that the guitar case did not fit the guitar I purchased. When ordering the case, I did not have a choice of case number or id. Anyway, I called Crossroads and I was told that a pick-up ticket would be sent to me and that they would send me a new case. They even left a message on my phone machine (which I still havesaying they would take care of the problme) One week later, nothing, I called and was told it would be taken care of. Two weeks later… ziltch nothing, noda … I’ve been calling weekly, now for a couple of months and still have not gotten any action. Oh, yea since I had my order 'dropped shipped' from the warehouse (agian not my idea) I’m kind of in limbo, Crossroads doesn’t know how to deal with the problem (which is simple, send me a new case and a pickup ticket.. lets swap).
