GEORGIA -- I bought the Super Abundant Health for Seniors & wanted to cancel/return the book & the supplemental publication that came with it. Only $8 a month! They talk a good game but then do nothing. And then increase your mailings. I return all of their postage paid inserts - with no information on them - so they have to pay the postage, and not get any further orders. One of these days, they will get the message. You can get this same information for free at lower costs from Heloise! And using common sense. It's all a scam to take the little money most seniors have, to have less money. Just leaves seniors with more worries and anxiety. SCAM!

PEACHTREE, GEORGIA -- Called to get a return address for a book sent to me on trial so I could send it back. The sweetest voice at the other end of the phone said, "Oh, we have a new policy; if you don't want it you can donate it to a hospital or senior citizens home, and we'll not charge you for it." I told her I'd donate it to Eagle's Trace, where my mother lives. She said thank you to me! I was flabbergasted, to say the least! GOD bless FC&A, and you have a blessed day as well!

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Made a hard request to be removed from all mailing 100%. Not only was not removed and have 5 PCS more of mail and also they sold or gave my name and address in other companies. That means a lot more unwanted mail when info is passed along or sold to others. No end of this from one company FC&A.

PEACHTREE CITY, GEORGIA -- I received the book in time and sadly, the book was written for Windows 7 and I have Windows 10. The book is great but wrong OS. I wanted to return the book. I called and the nice lady said they having a new policy. I should donate the book to a charity and they cancel the bill. I was like... "REALLY?" She said, "YES." I donated the book to the senior Center I live close by. Thank you very much for your kind gesture of donating the book. This is really great and wonderful customer service. THANK YOU!

It's kind of hard to rate something if you've never received your order. the rating was poor, but it wouldn't let me send without it.

Fraudulent Billing Ripping People Off

Rating: 2/51

I received a bill from FC&A Publishing for a book they claim I purchased, demanding payment of almost $40. I have ordered books from FC&A in the past, when we lived in Arizona. That was over three years ago, however. Given our current financial status, the last thing we are going to be doing is ordering books. FC&A puts out a number of books on various subjects ranging from how to improve your heart health to tip on filing income taxes, and I might have been interested in a book on special offers and deals for seniors if we could afford it.

Unfortunately, this has been a bad three months. There is no such book in our house or in our property at our son's house. If I had ordered this book, I would pay for it no matter how much of a strain it would be, but I did not order this book. I sent FC&A email, stating what I have stated here.

Resolution Update 02/15/2012:

FC&A cancelled the billing and removed me from their mailing list, very nicely.

I'm Being Charged More for the Book Than the Offer Stated

INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I was offered the book "Your Body can Heal Itself" and I'm being billed more than what they initially offered me to pay. The books are a lot less than they are charging me online I found out, and plus I also discovered that the same book is on Amazon for a fraction of what they want me to pay.

I Received a Book I Did Not Ordered - I Returned It but They Keep Billing Me

PEACHTREE CITY, ARIZONA -- I received a bill for a book I did not received at that moment. I call FC&A and they agreed to get me out of the mailing list and to cancel the supposed order. One week after that I did received the book, which I returned. But the bills keep coming. Later I have learned, that there are others with the same issue, especially older people... which makes me not to trust FC&A. I really do not want to do any business with them.
