Neutrogena Corporation Complaint - over flow of soap

ORANGEVILLE, ALASKA -- I have been using the Liquid Neutrogena for the past five years. I always purchase the product from Shoppers Drug Mart. What a fabulous product. But a problem has been encounter. After pumping the product into my hands excess Liquid Neutrogena flows out of the pump. The soap then hardens to the end of pump. The amount of excess soap that wasted is equivalent to half the size of a penny. After washing your face twice a day the excess does add up. This is a waist of the product I have paid for.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
As I am a valued customer I would like the product replaced. The problem is with the pump not the product. The only type of code that was found on the bottle reads LOT 2B1. Thank-you for your time.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

why don't you add some water to the bottle so that the soap doesn't harden. it doesn't affect the product at all.
