CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA -- I had owned my computer for about 3 months when it just would not cut on anymore. When you tried to power it up it would do this beep noise and nothing came up on the screen. I called Toshiba support ( I had a 2 year warranty on it) and described my problem to them. David immediatly gave me the name and number of the computer support shop that they deal with that is closest to me. I called the support shop and sent my computer in the following day. I got my computer back about 9 days later, working perfectly!!!! Diagnosis= my motherboard had blown. I was sooo satisfied with the customer support of this company that I've talked 2 of my friends out of buying Dells and buying Toshiba. Keep up the GREAT work!!!
