Loews and whirlpool Compliment - Duet washer issue resolved

OVIEDO, FLORIDA -- After 3 separate technician attempts and multiple follow-up with Loews and Whirlpool, I am happy to report that I now have a new washer. They could not determine the origin or resolve the issue of the odor within my washer, therefore replaced it. I now have confidence in these two companies and will continue to shop with them.

I like this post. You gave credit to Whirlpool, who did step up and replace your unit. Many times something like that would be debated as to actual cause and responsibility of the manufacturer. In other words, that replacement wasn't a given. Plus Lowe's did work with Whirlpool to get you set, which again, they could have given you a WP phone number and a brush off. Kudos to them, and you for acknowledging their efforts.
