Ariston Complaint - Ongoing Problems - Washing Mashine

My never ending Saga with Ariston has started 4 years ago.
I had purchased in 2001 an Ariston Washing Machine at Harvey Norman. Luckily I do believe in extended warranties and took one up.
Exactly 1 year after purchase the machine started playing up. To cut a long story short I have had ever since problems with the machine, even got a replacement one last year and still have problems. And the problems are on a weekly basis! Not sure what the guys at the repairshop do with the machine when they think they fixed it!
The frustration is that you only have one choice! Get rid of the machine and buy a better one! Do not ever buy an Ariston product. It's a waste of money!
Even the original service contract has changed, I guess it wasn't working for them either!
I am still waiting now for Ariston to advise me what they intend to do with my machine which was brought back to me last week supposedly fixed! NOT!
I have advised them that I have an infant and need the machine, well they couldn't care less.
When I asked in the end for the name of the person who I spoke to I heard her hang up on me!

Thanks Ariston, you will not get my custom again!
