Linder's Furniture Complaint - 3 Year Warranty Failed
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a set of couches and the 3 year warranty which stated that if they ripped or anything happened to the couches they would be replaced without question. The couches fell a part in less than two years. So, I call in the warranty. They had their staff come check the couches and agreed that they were under warranty and should be replaced. However, what I was told later was that the couches are not being made and they propose to give me a cash settlement which will not replace the original couches. This has been going on for a few months. All I wanted was the couches replaced or fixed. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude and poorly trained in proper customer service. My suggestion: Do not purchase from Linder's it will save you a headache in the long run.
