RAFFAELLO NETWORK Complaint - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

SAN TORINO, ITALY -- I RECENTLY ORDERED A PAIR OF PIRELLI SNEAKERS($187.00) SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING US SIZE 9 EURO SIZE 42, RECEIVED SHOES PROMPTLY, BUT WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT COMPANY ON LINE VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT, FOR SEVERAL DAYS,AT DIFFERENT TIMES, AS THE COMPANY IS LOCATED IN SAN TORINO, ITALY. ICOULD NEVER GET ANONE ONLINE, I CALLED THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES, WITH NO RESPONSE. AFTER NUMEROUS E-MAIL I WAS INFORMED THAT THE CHAT, AND TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAS NOT WORKING. I EXPLAINED THE SIZE DESCREPENCY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME A RETURN LABEL INSISTING THAT EURO SIZE 43 IS A US SIZE 9, AND THEREFORE WOULD NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. I THEN SENT SEVERAL MORE E MAILS EXPLAINING I HAD PAID FOR THE SHIPPING VIA UPS AND REQUESTED A SHIP DATE AND AVAILABILITY OF CORRECT SIZE AND TO DATE, HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY CARRIES HIGH END CLOTHING AND SHOES, THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN IN THE US. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOU CANNOT FIND THESE ITEMS ANYWHERE ELSE.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, THAT A STORE THAT CARRY'S THIS HIGH QUALITY MERCHANDISE, HAS SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
