Dish TV - Very Frustrating

AURORA, COLORADO -- I've only had dealings with Dish TV using the Joey, a highly overrated piece of equipment. The Joey shuts down just because... and you can forget about getting on Netflix! That transmission will stop in the middle of a program you are watching and try to reboot but all you get is a spinning wheel. And then you have to disconnect the Joey to get completely out of Netflix and get back to regular programming.

I did call and the representative I spoke to told me her Joey acted the same way and Dish and Netflix were in a match to see who was responsible... That is too much. I'm paying high dollar for Dish TV and get second rate service and equipment. How these people get a high rating is beyond me. Can't wait till the contract is up and it seems to me that these cable companies use these contracts to trap customers into paying for second rate service.
