Wholesalecarparts.com Complaint - Recieved a bad product

RAVENNA, OHIO -- I purchased an AC condensor from Wholesalecarparts.com for 197.50. I didn't receive the part for over two weeks. When I received it I paid 150.00 to have it installed only to find out it was defective. It had a leak somewhere letting all of the freon leak out. So I called the company and they said all they could do is ship me another condensor or issue me a refund. I informed them that my car was still in the shop waiting for this part, thinking they would at least air mail me another one. But they said they couldn't help me. I also let them know that I will have to pay to have another part put on so if I presented a reciept could they reimburse me for some of the money. They again said NO WE CANNOT HELP YOU. I couldn't understand anyone in customer service they must all be foreigners. My advice to anyone who is looking for a deal on parts is to look elsewhere its not worth the headache. This company will not do anything extra to keep customers happy!!!

"So I called the company and they said all they could do is ship me another condenser or issue me a refund" I think you should have taken the refund and call it even at least that way you would have got your money back but maybe you got greedy by wanting them to give you more, although that would seem to be the "RIGHT THING TO DO". Good luck
