Levittown Trace Apartments Complaint - A notice - More careful, don't fall in a trap!

Review by xcai on 2006-08-21
BRISTOL, PENNSYLVANIA -- I contacted the Levittown Trace Apartments, Bristol, Pennsylvania, and asked to return my security deposit and money I over paid, and they sent me a response letter and attached one fake notice; after I contacted the Department of Consumer Protection of Bucks County, their lawyer sent a letter and attached two fake notices. How could possibly a lawyer attach two fake notices in his letter? How could possibly a lawyer get different meanings from the same lease I read? I was astonished!
A true story, you will never forget.

All I got from that is you didn't know when your lease was up for renewal. I fail to see how that is the apartment complex's fault.

Did you not know when you first signed the "year" lease? Did you forget?

And, yeah, they are going to take your security deposit when you continue to live there after your lease expires...
