Stacks and Stacks Informative - Stacks and Stacks - Complaint
I ordered a Contour Memory Foam Pillow through Stacks and Stacks on July 12, 2006. By e-mail Stacks and Stacks informed me that the item "ships from manufacturer in 1-3 business days." Stacks and Stacks debited my credit card on August 1, 2006. I am still waiting for the pillow today, August 23, 2006. I checked tracking data on their website and was given a bogus UPS tracking number. I have sent them two e-mails which remain unanswered.
The lack of response especially bothers me, since their e-mail states, "please contact us if not received within 12 working days." To contrast this, I just received an External Hard Drive this morning via Fedex that I ordered day before yesterday from another Internet merchant with free shipping. Obviously, there is something wrong with customer service at Stacks and Stacks.
