Toshiba America Consumer Products Inc. Complaint - Horrible Warranty Service
NEW YORK -- I purchase a Toshiba Television model 50HM66 and and 3 months later I began having problems with the picture so I called Toshiba to have it repaired under warranty and so far it was been 6 weeks and I still do not have it back. They have changed 5 parts on it and it still will not work. Instead of giving me a new one Toshiba is insisting on fixing my tv no matter how long it takes. Customer Service reps are extremely rude and straight out told me that I can call and complaint all I want but their answer is not going to change. I will NEVER buy any Toshiba product in my life.
