National cell phone owners association (NCOA) Complaint - One word - FRAUD - Cell phone

Review by jkw1 on 2006-08-29
BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- First word of advice. DO NOT BUY A CELL PHONE FROM WIREFLY.COM !!!!!!!!! Just bite the bullet and buy from you local service provider. SECOND; Make sure to NEVER deal with or get insurance with NCOA. This company is a joke. Unanswered emails, impossible to get a live person on the phone, and when you do, be prepared for a rude, short conversation. I purchased "insurance" with this company after buying my phone from Wirefly. A few months later my phone was stolen, so naturally I call my "insurance" company, only for them to tell me that they cannot replace it because I was "negligent" in the disappearance of my phone. I told them it was stolen out of a locked truck, how is that negligent? They said, "Well, you should have kept the phone on your person and you wouldn't be talking to us." I was SO MAD I could have screamed! OMG! Basically, I'm screwed out of a $500.00 phone. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE and don't say I didn't warn you if it happens to you! LOL! BASTAGES!
