1. They are not commited to solving any problem. First problem being that you cannot find any phone number for customer support- and they cannot help you if you have not arrived to your final destination.
2. Baggage claims will only help you- after you have arrived. So I called to ask for my parents- who would panicking about their luggage. Not only was Denise at #800.873.2247 rude, and never allowed me to explain my problem with out interuppting me every 2 seconds to tell me this is not her problem- she handed me over to her male "colleague" so that he can tell me that he cannot help me & when i asked who could help me and for a corporate number he told me bluntly "Call 411" and get that information and proceeded to hang up on me. I want to know if they really record their phonecalls- becaus ei would like some one to hear it. Well, i proceeded to call the next customer service phone number i could find for their chicago office- and i was not surprised that i waited 30min for no one to answer. Now there is some real commitment to customer service. Next time I would choose a better AirLine- no matter how much cheaper Air France.
