Town & Country Window Fashions Complaint - Problems with service and delivery

WAYNE, NEW JERSEY -- I signed a contract for furniture and window treatments on 4/6/2006. The designer offered a 5% discount if I pay in full. I did. My check was cashed 4 days later. I was also promised interior design services to complete my room, the reason I went to an interior design company to begin with.

After a 5-month period and several phone calls, furniture was finally delivered on 9/1/2006. The window treatments have yet to be delivered, a table has yet to be delivered, and a sofa and love seat are not the lengths I was quoted.

After delivery, on 9/1, I spoke with someone at the company who told me he would look into the problem and call me the next day. I have since left an additional message (9/5/2006). I haven't had a call from anyone (9/6/2006).

After all the trouble I went through, the last thing I expected was to be lied to again.
