Nissan Complaint - Nissan Can Manufacture Parts Just Not Service Them
RINCON, GEORGIA -- I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest on July 7 and it was wrecked on July 13. To date,9/7/06, Nissan has been unable the two remaining parts needed to fix it, Air Bag Sensor and Air Bag. What is wrong with this picture, Nissan can manufacture them, put them on dealer lot but cannot supply parts to their own dealerships. I have been a loyal Nissan owner for the past 15 years but fear no more, no only with I no longer buy one but every chance I get I will make sure the people are aware of just what kind of company Nissan is. They want your business but do not or will not take care of their customers afterwards. I have call their Customer Care Representatives everyday for the past 4 weeks with my file number, I am told the regional will call me back, well I am still waiting, I am told it is on the highest priority they have, called Stop the Presses which is suppose to be a higher priority than VOR but do you think that makes a difference, No way. Some days when I call and talk to one of their many representatives, I have been told they have never heard of Stop the Presses and then proceed to argue with me. Everytime I call I have been very nice except for one time (I did not cuss but sure felt like it) all I can say is anyone who reads this, DO NOT BUY NISSAN, CAUSE IF YOU DO AND NEED PARTS YOU MIGHT AS WELL FORGET ABOUT DRIVING IT FOR 3 TO 6 MONTHS.
