Nextel Complaint - What did I do to deserve this?
NORTH CAROLINA -- I guess that there really is no ONE complaint. I would have to say that the company in general, since the merger with Sprint, has taken a major nosedive. I can rarely make calls, when one sneaks through it takes only about 8-10 minutes before it is dropped. When I called they 'suggested' that it was my phone and I should purchase a new one. I am in customer service and the accusitory tone really pissed me off. So I mentioned that almost everyone I know with a nextel account must need a new phone because it happens to just about everyone I have talked to. When I try to use the website to pay, etc. it seems as if it is always 'being improved'. I mean, after trying to log in everyday for 5 Days to pay may bill, it gets a little absurd. Do you want your money or not?? Of course they do, which is why I have found that they are one of the most expensive carriers in the market. In general, if you are not a customer yet, do not bother. It really is not worth all of the dropped calls, poor reception, poor customer service, crazy rates,etc.
DID I ALSO MENTION THE ONE TIME I WAS ON THE LINE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 58 MINUTES?? THE WOMEN I WAS TALKING TO PUT ME ON HOLD, AND ACCORDING TO HER SUPERVISOR, 'GOT DISTRACTED'. I ONLY WAITED BECAUSE I WAS CURIOUS TO SEE HOW LONG I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT JUST TO ADD CALL WAITING.
