Journey Education (JourneyEd.com) Complaint - Customer Service Severely Lacking
Placed an order for some software with them -- they required verification of my academic status, which I provided and they approved. But a few days later, they sent me another notice to verify my status. I emailed them back saying I already did so. When software finally arrived, the CD-ROM was defective. I understand it was not their fault but had to call them back several times to authorize a replacement and I kept getting transferred around and they kept saying that they couldn't find any record of a refund or replacement authorization. When they finally straightened out that I was indeed entitled to receive a replacement, they were out of stock of the item I wanted. I got so fed up that I cancelled my entire order with them and told them I was taking my business elsewhere.
