Comp usa Informative - COMPUSA: Ruddest Employee I've Ever met (in 35 years)

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- In all my 42 years I have NEVER met such a rude and unprofessional employee, in any store in America, Canada, Bahamas, England, as I did today at COMP USA in New York, Store #707.

Not in particular order of occurrence: Her name is Katherine and she threw my bag of goods at me, was loud and even hummed while I tried to tell her she was being unprofessional. She also threw her hands up towards me gesturing for me to be quiet, etc.

I am still in shock at how I was treated.

I will inform my employees and family about this incident so that they can be aware of potential CompUSA nightmares and I'll post this to several of my online blogs in the next week.

Maybe if you posted how events unravelled, in order of occurence, your post might make more sense.

One can certainly perceive the anger here. However anger puts the mind in a kind of a shock that only wants to exact complacency. In this state if mind, details of drama are incoherent. This invaribly perplexes the reader. Doctorcreator, "if you will?, please indulge us". Thank you.

I stopped going to CompUSA about 6 years ago, why? Incompetent salespeople, non-competitive prices, and I believe, they were one of the original stores to incorporate the "15% restocking fee". DrCreator, I would really like to hear what happened to you there.

We stopped shopping there when my husband asked for some monitor specs and they told us to go home and look it up on the internet. Unfortunately, we were two hours from home and it was not convenient to go home and look it up. Even after telling our sales person that, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. We bought it from somebody else.

For the wages, these are the same high quality employees that you'll find in McDonalds and Wendy's except at CompUSA they sling computers. CompUSA thinks they have a monopoly in the city for computer supplies, so forget them and support your local computer guru.
