Dish Network Complaint - No Show - Dish Network Installation and Customer Service
PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA -- I had signed up with Dish Network 3 weeks back for them to come and install the Dish today. I was given the 8 am to noon window. I got at least 5 confirmation calls from them since then. I waited from 8 am to 2 pm. After that I got a call that they are running late but they will come. When no one came till 6 pm I called them again. I was told they ran out of equipment. Why should I have to call to find this out and that too after waiting for 9 hrs.
I was told that they have rescheduled it after 3 weeks. This will be easily the worst customer service ever. The customer service supervisor told me that it is not their fault. The only reason I signed up with Satellite was internation channels. What should do I do? Any advice.
