J.C. Penney Company, Inc. Informative - Vendor has poor quality control
CROWN POINT, INDIANA -- Bought kitchen cart, 1st one came, got base replaced, continued to put together ( complete assembly needed ) found 5 mistakes. Vendor said only 2 major parts could be replaced, take back to Penny's. Did so, so mad I didn't take it apart. Penny's was very nice. Decided to change it and ordered again. Well big mistake. Called vendor and wanted to know who to email or talk to about such poor quality. Well we all know customer service is as far as you can go. So tried to find corporate for homestyles and thought I did, emailed and got response from customer service. So fed up. So tried to find Penny's corporate site, none. Found the address & phone number: 2607 Pr., Frisco, Tx. 972 712 0537. So will print out the previous email and send to them and hope they care enough to go to vendor re poor quality.
