Citibank N A Informative - ONLINE PAYMENT NIGHTMARE
NEW JERSEY -- I am having horrible experience with my citicard payment. I make my citi credit card (mastercard) payment online from Citibank checking account. I saw that my payment got reflected in the site the next day I made the payment. However when i checked the site after two days, I dont see my payment there in site. Yes! its vanished. But however my available credit line got reflected with the payment but no mention of my payment. When I called the CSR, they confirmed that they havent received the payment but they dont have any answer how my available credit got increased. I had to conference in CSR from citibank online(checking account) and credit card to try resolve the issue. Finally them came to the conclusion the payment is in pending status but they dont have any answer why it appeared in the site one day and suddly got disppeared the next day. The fact is this is the second incident, I am sure they dont do anything to fix their system issue and I continue calling them every month. What a horrible company and ther customer service is the worst I ever had.
