Dell is horrible!! I totally agree!! Their interest rates on their loans are ridiculous!! My boyfriend has perfect credit...they gave him such a high interest rate!! I still don't understand why he bought the damn thing!! Their computers don't even last as long as other ones!! Every month when he makes the payment, he's only paying the interest rate!! We've had the computer for 3 years and I don't think the amount of the loan has gone down much!!

SMelly, does Dell *demand* you use them to finance a purchase? Doesn't cash work? If your boyfriend has such perfect credit, why didn't he go to his bank/CU to borrow the money? If you've had the computer for 3 years and only paying the 'interest rate,' I don't believe that credit is so perfect. Not making payments when due will do it every time. Don't blame Dell.

28.43% interest rate for me! I will NEVER do business with Dell again.Tech support is horrible ,unless you can by some miracle actually understand the "tech" or get him to understand you!!Live and learn.
