Sprint PCS Informative - complaint
CRANSTON, RHODE ISLAND -- On Monday 1/14/02 I went to the sprint store with problems with my sprint touch point phone (which I did not have use of all weekend).The phone was look at and replaced with a new phone which was fine. On Friday 1/18/02 I had the same problem. I took time out of work went to the Sprint store again at this point I was convinced it was your touch point model phone that was causing the inconvienence and I wanted a credit to use twords the purchase of a new phone, I did not think this was an unreasonable request. Unfortunately your customer service department did, I was denied my request twice.
I want credit twords the purchase of a new phone. Or I will cancel my service with your company and send a mass E-mail to the 10,000 + employess that work for my company through out the country
