Adelphia now known as Time warner Informative - They have not paid for damage in 4 months
HUNTERSVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- While performing routine repairs to my neighborhood my irrigation system was severely damaged as well as my electronic pet fence. They then decided to tape my pet fence back together which led to system malfunction when water got into the taped section. The damage to the sprinkler system led to a large water bill and led to a complete dysfunction of the system. The experts that came out to fix the system told me what had so obviously happened. They also tore up my front lawn and instead of reseeding the area they worked on threw hay on top. They preformed the work early in the season. Because I didn't know of the damage until the systems shorted out due to water damage and my front lawn had burned up because of the lack of water traveling through the system I first complained on the 7th of June. They paid for the damage done to the dog fence but I have made dozens of calls to Adelphia and received no attention. One sub contractor came out to look at the work Mr. Jerri Fletcher. I gave him the bills at the time and was told that he would take care of it. He was very apologetic. It has been over a month now and he has not returned our calls. I have driven out to Mooresville and was promised that some one would call me still nothing. I have paid for all of the damage to be repaired. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved.
They need to refund me the excess of my water bill which was 65.00 the month before and after the damage was repaired as well as the same time the year before. I was charged 152.77 leaving a balance of 87.70. The Damage to my dog fence was 75.00 and the sprinkler bill was 132.00 The sprinkler repair man had to make a second trip to repair the line that was damaged that led to a second 65.00 dollar service charge as well as a 45.00 in labor and a replacement of a valve at 48.00. For a total of 452.70 not including the amount of wasted time trying to resolve this issue to no avail
The Line manager that I was put in contact with who was also the gentleman that came out and viewed the damage was Jerri Fletcher his phone number is 704-660-1955 his team was actually responsible for the damage done. Kevin Joyce is the Construction supervisor his phone number is 704-799-3290. Matt Hardy was another supervisor I was instructed to speak with along with a Tom Benson and a Jim Bennet. I have been passed off to literally dozens of people. Each one telling me they would get this resolved and get my money back out to me. Yet here I am asking for help nearly 4 months later.
