NEXTEL/SPRINT Complaint - Excessive overcharging
NYC, NEW YORK -- I have had my Motorola I305 phone replaced six(6) times within the last two years. I have been excessively overcharged. Series of drop calls daily. I have been refunded up to $80.00 within a day for drop calls. But why do I have to call to get this done? Now I faced with a $400 bills and my dispute was never recorded or filed thru there customer care dept. Please respond if you are having excessive overcharging.
