Staples Complaint - Kyocera 6035 price guarantee
GREENVILLE, TEXAS -- I understand that your company offers a price guarantee and will match any competitor pricing. I have attempted to get additional 3 phones at the price that was guaranteed to me due to competitors pricing.The competitor pricing was veryfiable at the time of purchase. Unfortunately at the time of sale the store at which I purchased my phone only had 1 phone to sell. I purchased that phone and was advised to call the different stores and try to find another store that hand the item available and that with the sales receipt they should match the price. At the time I purchased the initial phone the Manager was kind enough to call a few stores since his computer system was down and could not do a search. All the stores that were called that day confirmed that they were out of stock of this phone and will not be getting more in due to item was discontinued. These are the same stores that show that they have the item in stock. I would hate to think that the Sales Manager lied about their stock just to keep himself/herself from selling this phone at this price.
I have done my research and found 2 more phones at the Greenville location in Texas. Rick, the sales manager, has refused to match the price cause unfortunately the competitor price and availability has changes since the time I purchased the phone (one week ago). If my initial request was to purchase 4 phones, shouldn't the other stores honor my request

I would like to purchase an additional 3 phones for the initial proce of $129.99. Any assistance that could be provided will be greatly appreciated.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
