Professional Satellite Complaint -

LA JOLLA, CALIFORNIA -- When I called to place my order, I asked if this was Direct TV and was told yes by service representative (Nick Jacob). The next day I found out that the name of your company is Professional Satellite & Comm. and not Direct TV... When I called back to cancel my order I was told it was to late. When I question Nick about the name of your company, he put me on hold and never came back on the line. I then called back several times to reach a Manager. I was on hold for over an hour and was also dropped off.



To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want my order canceled and a refund for my $61.33, In additon I want a letter of apoligy form your company.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
