PapaJohns Complaint - Worst experience ever
APOPKA, FLORIDA -- Today Papa johns lost a loyal customer. Before today I enjoyed ordering from Papa Johns. What I experienced was beyond stupidity. I placed 2 orders online for two totally separate items. When the driver arrived he had only half of the order I placed. He said that he would go back for the rest of the order after calling the branch from my telephone. I asked him to bring every thing at once. About an hour went by and still no delivery so I called to find out what happened after being on hold three times with three different people the manager comes on to inform me that he also cancelled the order the driver went back to get and asked me why I did not call sooner. I was so mad at that point I questioned why someone would cancel all of someone’s order that was paid for already online. He was very sarcastic making remarks like I wanted something for free which I refused. What upset me was how unprofessional everything was handled and the manager went on to accuse me of cursing at him and not allowing him to tell me what he was willing to give me for free, all I wanted to do was report what they had done and he replied by telling me there was no one and no where to report the incident. So in short I will never eat or order papa johns again I would rather pay a company who can give you what you order rather that cancel it and let you wait around and then have the nerve to ask what took you so long to call and find out they cancelled your order for no reason, and don’t even have the courtesy to call you so you are not sitting around waiting for something that’s not coming. PAPA JOHNS NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
