VerizonWireless Complaint - Customer service

TOPEKA, KANSAS -- My husband and I had Verizon Wireless service. The company reps lied to us. To make a long story short, we eventually got out of the two year contract, after going to BBB, FTC and the president of the company. No early termination fee, however there was a small amount owed of $66.54. I admit I let this go for a while, however paid it off in full. Verizon put it on my credit report as a write off and refuses to acknowledge or report it as paid, even though they indicate they received my payment. I contacted the BBB and the FTC. FTC wasn't much help. I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone, much less use their service. They're crooked, and are causing me problems with their poor service.
