Complaint
It has been 16 months since I first made my order for this mystery vac. These people dont answer emails, they put you on hold for indefinete periods then cut you off. If you do get someone you get promises like it will ship in two weeks, one month or the lastest was it would be another month or I could cancel the order. Well I cancelled the order that was in June never received refund, called them and was told the refund would be sent on Aug 18 well its Oct 18 and Guess What NO REFUND.
Still cant get through and they still dont answer emails. I approached theSinger Company and all they told me was they terminated the Liscense Agreement with these people and that a dedicated email and phone line had been set up for us unhappy customers. The same email they dont answer and the same phone number that they leave you on hold forever. Iwas stupid I wish I had checked these people out last year when this started I could have saved myself alot of time and money. Somewhere there must be a way we can stop them from doing this to unsuspecting consumers
