Procter & Gamble Complaint - Pampers Perks
KENILWORTH, NEW JERSEY -- To Whom It May Concern: This is a copy of the letter that was mailed in with my Pampers points........... Please be advised that I visited the Pampers.com web site numerous times between November 15th and January 15th trying to obtain a printable copy of this mail-in-certificate. At first, the certificate alone was not available. Soon after, there was a total disappearance of any information regarding Pampers perks at all. At this point, I called the telephone number (1-866-4baby perks) and left my address for a form to be mailed to my home. This verbal request was made approximately 4 times. Needless to say, no form was ever received. I find the total blackout of communication between Pampers customers and your company to be absolutely appalling. I have saved these points for 2 1/2 years waiting to redeem them and the complete lack of availability to information regarding this program, especially in the last few weeks of the campaign, forces me to question the credibility of your company and the judgement of Proctor and Gamble in selecting you to head this campaign.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
