Singer Laser Storm Complaint - Scam! Money owed since last year

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- When I ordered the vacuum on 07/18/05 they sent me two sets and billed me for them. I called the toll free customer service number (800)711-8357 and was put on hold for hours.....When I finally talked to a customer service rep, they knew exactly what had happened (they sent two sets by mistake). They sent me Fed-Ex return tags and the vacuums were picked up and delivered to them on 09/15/05 according to the Fed-Ex tracking system. After about a month I called back to see where my refund was and they told me it was on it's way..Again after twenty calls I was given the run around and they stated that the money will come from their corperate office. The customer service reps were so rude and would just hang up on me. I'm so furious with this company!!!!!!!!! Until today they owe me $156.85! Where's my money???? What's next?

I hate to say this but small claims court you can tag them with what they owe plus court costs. Also report them to the bbb. good luck
