ViewSonic Informative - ViewSonic Should Stick to Monitors

When it comes to wireless routers ViewSonic falls short on ease of setup and customer support. While this company is know for excellent computer monitors, their wires router is just sad. Customer support 24/7 is only for their monitors, wireless support is limit to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Setup of the wireless router would be extremely painful for a home user; it is reminiscent of setting up a network router for a large business domain.

My recommendation to the home user is the Linksys Wireless Router. For about $50.00 is very simple to setup, takes about five minutes, has excellent instructions and works flawlessly. Customer service is 24/7

ViewSonic should stick to what they know best, monitors, and leave wireless to the real professionals.

They are (or used to be) one of the top value monitors. Never knew they made network equipment. Thanks for the review.
