Wendy's Complaint - Terrible Service - All Utah Wendy's - Terrible Service
Complaint
PROVO, UTAH -- Restaurant/Retail management and customer service has been my life for the past 10 years. I have had nothing but unsatisfactory experiences everytime I go to any Wendy's in Utah. I vow to never go there again. Some examples: Why do I have to ask for packets of ketchup EVERY I order fries in the drivethru? Every competitor gives at least a couple packets in your bag when you order fries. And, the moment you pull up to the speaker box they demand, "CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER?" I appreciate competitors approaches (Like Carl's Jr.: "Thank you for choosing Carl's Jr. How are you today?"
Companies like Wendy's do not value you or your business well enough to fight to keep your loyalty. They do not deserve your business. Give to competitors who appreciate you.

Then stop going to every Wendy's in Utah. You seem to appreciate Carl's, so stick with them.

yea, wendy;s has gone to the crapper since dave thomas left. good luck at carls, try burger king. they are pretty much awsome!

'critic', you seem to have a lot of problems, don't you? Frankly, I don't want some faceless speaker asking me how I am. I want my food and want to get out of there. You seem to be a glutton for punishment if 'every time' you go there you have an unsatisfactory experience and you KEEP going there!

Chronic, contrary to what you think the sun will rise again even if they don't give you any ketchup for your fries. They are not mindreaders you know? I prefer my fries without ketchup so feel free to ask for some, okay? Good luck on your newly found employment at Carl Jr's and judging from your diet please take full advantage of their health care plan especially in the cardiovascular area. :)

You know what we dont put kepchup unless you ask for it and they ask to take your order cause that is what they get paid to do and i work at carl's JR i work there for one day and the things that do there made me so sick i walk out after the first day and when ack to wendy's cause they dont make me sick
