Nextel Informative - Resoultion inability with Nextell
I WAS a pleased Nextel customer for over 10 years; I say WAS – because 2.5 years ago I was introduced to Nextel Hell. Billing and customer service issues have now escalated to the point that I have resolved to pay Nextel what ever they want to get them out of my life (early termination fees and all.)
After attempting to rectify my problem with Nextel for over 2 years it has become apparent that customer care representatives as well as supervisors do not have the ability, authority or tools to provide REASONABLE customer care to consumers.
I feel I am being held unreasonably responsible to a provider that does not have the ability to resolve billing disputes, product failures, defects, or service related disputes.
Resolution ability with Nextel representatives has proven to be frustrating and ridiculous AT BEST. No matter how good an offer from Nextel/Sprint might be, I would suggest that any consumer considering the company to forget it and run like hell from NextToHell.
I would consider a class action lawsuit, however, after reading the SPRINT agreement it appears the conglomerate had a rather smart team of attorneys draft the “legalize” to trap folks like you and I. Enough Said???
